terms of service

iamkeen is operated by BNJMN LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("BNJMN LLC", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BNJMN LLC that governs your use of iamkeen.

acceptance

By clicking "I agree," creating an account, or using iamkeen, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The version of these Terms in effect is 2026-06-30. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

what iamkeen is

iamkeen is an AI-assisted job-search service. We source roles that match your preferences, score them for fit, surface job-related email, draft application text, and (with your authorization) let a human applier submit applications on your behalf. We also offer keen fill, a browser extension that autofills job-application forms from your saved profile. iamkeen is a tool to help your search. It is not a guarantee of an interview, offer, or employment, and it is not legal, financial, or professional career advice.

your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and submission of every application associated with your account, whether the form was filled by you, by keen fill, by an applier, or with AI-drafted text. You are responsible for reviewing every application before it is submitted and for making sure the information is correct and that you are authorized to apply. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be legally able to work in the locations you target.

assumption of risk

Automated and assisted job applying carries risk. Forms can be filled incorrectly, deadlines can be missed, applicant tracking systems behave inconsistently, and auto-selected answers can be wrong. By using these features you knowingly accept those risks. You agree that you, not BNJMN LLC, bear responsibility for what is submitted on your behalf and for any consequence of a submitted application.

ai-drafted content

iamkeen uses AI (including models from Anthropic) to classify email, score fit, and draft text. AI output is an unverified draft and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. You must review any AI-generated answer before it is used or relied upon. You remain responsible for the final content of anything sent on your behalf.

appliers acting on your behalf

If you enable it, a human applier may review your sourced roles and submit applications using the profile and resume you provided. You authorize those appliers to act on your behalf, and their actions taken under your account and instructions are your responsibility. You can pause or stop this at any time.

your content

You keep ownership of your resume, profile, and other content you provide. You grant BNJMN LLC a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you, for example to score roles, draft applications, autofill forms, and let your applier submit them on your behalf.

acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work authorization.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

email access

To surface job-related mail (invites, confirmations, recruiter outreach, verification codes), you authorize BNJMN LLC to receive and process it via the method you choose: forwarding to a unique iamkeen address, or a read-only Gmail connection. You can disconnect at any time. Our handling of email data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our adherence to Google's Limited Use requirements.

no warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every email or role will be captured. We do not guarantee any interview, offer, hire, or other job-search outcome.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNJMN LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BNJMN LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your submission of false or inaccurate information, or any claim brought by a third party (including an employer or an applicant tracking system provider) arising from your use of the service.

account & termination

You can stop using iamkeen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version shown above and require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. Continued use after a non-material update means you accept the updated Terms.

governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
