iamkeen is operated by BNJMN LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("BNJMN LLC", "we", "us"), the data controller for the information described here. iamkeen is an AI-assisted job-search service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to source, score, and track job opportunities for you, and we never sell your data.

information we collect

Account: your name and email address, via sign-in (Clerk; you may sign in with Google or email).
Profile & resume: your resume and the details you provide or we extract from it: contact info, target roles, compensation expectations, location and work preferences, work authorization, and any optional EEO fields you choose to share.
Application answers: the saved answers you build up to reuse across applications (for example, screening questions and short responses).
Job-search activity: the roles we source for you, your saved searches, the application context (job url, company, role title), and the status of each application.
Job-related email: to surface application confirmations, interview invites, recruiter outreach, and login/verification codes, we process job-related email. You choose how we receive it (see the next section). We do not seek access to your personal correspondence.

how we access your email

You pick one of two methods, and you can disconnect anytime:

Forwarding (default): you forward job-related mail to a unique iamkeen address. We only ever receive the messages you forward; we never see the rest of your inbox.
Gmail connection (optional): you may grant read-only access to a Gmail inbox via Google OAuth. We read recent messages only to classify and surface job-related ones. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Login codes during an application.When you ask iamkeen to fetch a login or verification code (for example, the "get my code" action), we use the same read-only Gmail grant to look at your recent messages for the matching verification email or sign-in link and surface that code to you. We use it only to complete the action you started, and we do not store it beyond that session.

Google API Limited Use.iamkeen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

how we use your information

Find and rank job opportunities that fit your preferences.
Surface job-related email (invites, confirmations, recruiter outreach, verification codes) on your dashboard.
Run AI classification and fit-scoring. We send the relevant text to our AI provider (Anthropic) to process it; it is not used to train their models.
With your authorization, allow an applier (a human assistant) acting on your behalf to submit applications using your profile.
Autofill supported application forms with the keen fill browser extension, using your saved profile and answers.
Operate, secure, and improve the service.

who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us run iamkeen, under contract and only as needed: Anthropic (AI processing), Clerk (authentication), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), Brevo (transactional email), and Cloudflare (DNS and inbound email routing). We may disclose information if required by law.

storage & security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Neon Postgres) and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is restricted to systems and authorized personnel that need it to operate the service.

retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, resume, stored email content, and job-search data. If you connected Gmail, revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; if you set up forwarding, remove the forwarding rule in your mail settings. To request deletion or export of your data, email us at support@iamkeen.co.

your choices

You can review and edit your profile, pause or change your searches, disconnect email, and delete your account at any time from within the app.
